1. Returns
1.1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Masterfair. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
1.3.For reasons of hygiene and safety, pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable, unless faulty or not as described.
2. Refunds
2.1. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
2.3. If your return is rejected, we will provide you with an explanation for the rejection and return the item to you at your expense.
3. Exchanges
3.1. If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item of equal or lesser value, please contact us within [X] days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
4.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will either replace it or issue a refund, including return shipping costs, at our discretion.
